FSC Systems is an engineered systems distributor, specializing in the installation and service of Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, Nurse & Emergency Call Systems, Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems. We excel in design-build projects, meeting the customer's needs and concerns through applications engineering.
Each project we undertake is a team effort. A supervisor is designated for each project whose responsibilities include job meetings, wiring diagrams, equipment delivery, work scheduling, customer interfacing, equipment operation certification, customer training and on-going customer support during and after our warranty period. Back up team members are also assigned to the projects and are kept current on all aspects of the project to insure continuity during all phases of construction on the project.
We are proud of our educational training programs offered to our employees. We employ the use of local seminars, electronic data updates and Factory training from our various vendors. Individualized training as required to meet our customer's needs is continuously conducted through vendor seminars and formal in house training sessions
